As with all our hats, I specialize in custom orders. Western hats are no different. Some styles you see below are available now but most are made to order. All western hats are available in 3 qualities of felt. Rabbit blend, 50/50 Rabbit/Beaver blend and 100% pure Beaver. I hand block, pounce, shape and sew each and every hat. If you have something in mind but don't see it please give me a call. Custom hat making is a great joy and I am more than eager to make you the hat you are after. Colors can change, as can dimensions, hat bands and style.

The CATTLEMAN
( J.M. Special )
Like all of my hats, I will gladly build you a Cattleman in any color or to your specifications but the J.M. is just what it says "Special". Built from Black 100% pure beaver felt, the J.M. is trimmed with vintage ebony six ply ribbon. Six ply ribbon is very rare and I was recently lucky enough to aquire a roll. I will gladly put this ebony six ply on any hat, get yours while it lasts!

Sometimes you guys have such great ideas. The Smoke Stack was birthed from the re-shaping of an existing hat. I like the shape so much, it is offered here for your selection

The ELK TRACK
Dark brown rabbit blend fur felt with 5 3/4"crown and 4" brim. The edge binding and hat band are genuine suede lace in matching dark brown.
Brown roan leather sweatband with white satin liner.
DE LA VEGA
50/50 rabbit/beaver blend felt. 4" crown with 4" flat brim. Stampede strings, roan leather sweatband and silk liner.
